Enquiries & quotations

How do I request a quotation?

Use the Request a quote form. Provide the product, fineness, weight, quantity and preferred delivery location. You can also attach a specification sheet or purchase request.

Why are prices not published on the website?

Gold prices move continuously with the international market. Quotations are therefore prepared at the time of your enquiry, based on the prevailing market and your specific quantity, format and delivery requirements.

What information makes a quotation faster?

The most useful details are:

  • Product format (kilobar, cast bar, minted bar, coin or granules)
  • Fineness, for example 995.0, 999.9 or 916
  • Weight per unit and total quantity
  • Delivery location and timeline
  • Any packaging or documentation requirements

Products & specifications

What does fineness such as 999.9 mean?

Fineness expresses gold content in parts per thousand. A bar marked 999.9 contains at least 99.99% pure gold, 995.0 contains at least 99.5%, and 916 (22 karat) contains 91.6%.

Are the specifications on the website final?

Specifications shown on product pages are for reference. The exact specification for any order is confirmed in writing as part of the quotation and commercial agreement.

Logistics & documentation

How are delivery arrangements agreed?

Delivery or collection terms are discussed with each quotation. Arrangements depend on the destination, the value of the shipment and the requirements of both parties, and are confirmed before the transaction proceeds.

Why do you ask for company information?

Due diligence on counterparties is a standard and regulatory expectation in the precious-metals trade. Company information helps us verify the business we are dealing with before commercial terms are finalised.
